State-of-the-Art Technology
Utilizing a hi-tech Ultra High Temperature (UHT) pasteurization processes and aseptic filling technology by Tetra Pak®, our products can be stored for up to one year without refrigeration. Our facilities are fully certified by FDA and USDA for processing “Grade A” milk products as well as for Low Acid beverages. HACCP plans are implemented and verified for each and every product by our Food Safety & Quality Assurance department. All of our products are processed and filled under fully sterile conditions and securely stored in an over 100-thousand-square-foot (10,000 M²) production and distribution center.
Flexible Capacity and Alternative Packaging
Low and medium volume batch capacity gives us the flexibility to adapt to small test runs which allows our clients to make controlled investments in new product lines for new markets. We are technically ready and financially able to implement alternate packaging formats based on client demand, and professionally able to develop successful long term partnerships with our select clientele.
